Because you pay to sit it, a failed Ryanair battery costs real money as well as a cooling-off period. That inverts the usual "just try it and see" logic: walking in fluent is worth more here than for any free-to-sit assessment. PPRuNe's Ryanair threads (400+ pages of them) repeat the same regret — candidates who "had a look first" and paid twice.
Candidate Telegram groups trade "real questions." Don't. Beyond the ethics, Aon's item banks rotate and are generated in families — memorising someone's screenshots trains you for items you won't see, in place of the transferable skill (method + pacing) that generalises to the items you will.
